Charles has owned and run Bakeries, Delicatessens and Restaurants in both these countries catering from the traditional "Bobbas Kitchen" type menu to the exotic, elaborate and exciting cuisine of Chinese, Indian, French and more. He now enjoys and runs Catering by Charles Rubin of Shmoozers with a most professional touch and offers top quality service in Kosher Catering.
