Charles’s passion and love for cooking goes back many years. He first got his Hotel and Catering Management degree in Classic Catering before working at the top hotels in South Africa and Israel. Several years later, he extend his scope and opened up delis and bakeries, enhancing traditional recipes with new twists. Shortly after moving to Israel, Charles owned his own Restaurant in Eilat. He later became a partner of Lechem Haaretz Bakery with satellite stores, supplying healthy and nutritious breads to Restaurants, Supermarkets, and Bakeries.

Charles was then recruited to come to United States and launch a Kosher restaurant in San Diego. After years in the restaurant business, he committed exclusively to catering. He has since catered hundreds of galas, weddings, banquets, bar/bat mitzvahs, and more. Not only is his food exceptionally tasty and well-prepared, but his exquisitely-executed vision and professionalism never fails to impress!
